Grand Opening Nina Bliese Gallery

Featuring a limited edition of Roman Verostko’s Flowers of Learning, in the Main Gallery, and selections from 20 years of algorithmic art in Gallery 2.
Premier Musical Feature: A suite of sonic compositions by Jeremy Wagner. Improvising on Roman’s form-generating code for each of the seven “Flowers of Learning”, Jeremy has created sonic compositions with a remarkable sensual depth complementing the undulating cyberflower forms.
Closing reception & artist’s talk: May 25, 5:00-7:00
Location: The gallery faces 6th street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue in the 225 South 6th Street Building, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402.

Nina Bliese recently became the owner of the Douglas Baker Gallery and has renamed it the Nina Bliese Gallery. Located in the financial and judicial district of downtown Minneapolis, the gallery includes three exhibition spaces and eight large windows facing 6th Street. Visit during gallery hours, Monday through Friday, noon to 5 pm and always by appointment.
